Is the name of the gallery The Holy Art or Holy Art?

When does the work needs to reach the gallery by?
We usually need the works in our gallery up to 6 x days prior to the opening.
What if my work gets delayed?
If the works gets delayed, we will include the works in the next exhibition.
How do I pay for my artist participation fees?
We accept all major credit cards on our payment links, additionally you can make a bank transfer if you wish.
If you are choosing to pay by card, we have partnered with Klarna & Clearpay offering you the chance to pay in interest free instalments!
How can I deliver my work to the gallery?
You can deliver the work in person or via courier. We can advise on fast and reliable couriers if you need to.
I am living abroad, can I still physically exhibit in the London gallery?
Absolutely, we work with artists from all over the world - if you can’t deliver the work in person then you can send it via courier. Alternatively we also offer printing services. As a third option, we can also display your art digitally on 27’ monitors.

Can I exhibit more than once with you?
Yes, every artist is most welcome to submit again after they have exhibited with us!
When should I come to collect my work if not sold?
As per agreement, you are required to collect the artworks within 3 days once the exhibition is over, in order to avoid daily storage fees.
Do I need to be at the gallery to set up my work?
No, our team takes care of the curation, installation, packaging, and artwork labels.
How is the work packed up after the end of the show?
Our team packs the work in its original packaging where possible.
Is there a private view for the physical show I am participating in?
Yes, there is a private viewing for every show every other Friday from 7.30pm to 10pm. Come along for free drinks and great networking!
Where can my guests and I RSVP?
Guests can RSVP through our Eventbrite page, which will be posted on the ‘Tickets’ page on our website, and be sent out via email.
T&C’s
1. The artist’s participation fee for this event is £220 (2 x artworks) or £160 (1 x artwork) incl. VAT and full amount is required upfront. This is non-refundable if the artist decides not to participate anymore for any reason.
2. The event will be advertised on our Instagram and newsletter.
3. Agency; Purposes. The Artist appoints The Gallery as agent for the works of art ("the Artworks") consigned under this Agreement, for the purposes of exhibition and sale. The Gallery shall not permit the Artworks to be used for any other purposes without the written consent of the Artist. This agreement applies only to works consigned under this Agreement and does not make The Gallery a general agent for any other works.
4. Authority of Accepted Artist’s Works. Works of art may be accepted for consignment only by or by any person designated by either of them in writing as authorized to accept works of art hereunder. The Gallery may reject artworks at the Owners discretion.
5. Warranty. The Artist hereby warrants that he/she created and possesses unencumbered title to the Artworks, and that their descriptions are true and accurate.
6. Duration of Consignment. The Artist and The Gallery agree that the initial term of consignment for the Artworks is to be 10 days and that the Artist does not intend to leave their works longer than 4 days once the exhibition is over at the gallery. If this is the case, a daily £5 storage fee will be applied to the artist.
7. Transportation Responsibilities. Packing and shipping charges, customs/vat/ duty taxes, insurance costs, other handling expenses, collection and risk of loss or damage incurred in the delivery of Artworks from the Artist to The Gallery and back to the Artist are the responsibility of the Artist.
8. Responsibility for Loss or Damage, Insurance Coverage. The Gallery shall not be liable to the Artist for their loss or damage. The Artist shall provide the Gallery with all relevant information about its insurance coverage for the Artworks if the Artist
wishes to have their work insured.
8. Fiduciary Responsibilities. Title to each of the Artworks remains in the Artist until the Artist has been paid the full amount owing him or her for the Artworks; title then passes directly to the purchaser. All proceeds from the sale of the Artworks shall beheld
in trust for the Artist. The Gallery shall pay all amounts due the Artist before any proceeds of sales can be made available to creditors of The Gallery.
9. The artist, by agreeing this agreement, warrants he/she is eighteen (18) years of age or older and is authorized to enter a legally binding contract. If an individual is under 18 years old, a guardian has the authority to sign on their behalf.
10. We keep 20% commission from any sold work. If the artist wishes to sell any prints via our gallery, we will keep a 50% commission from any sale.
11. This agreement may not be changed, modified, or altered in any way except under full agreement between the curator and the artist.
12. This contract shall be interpreted under the laws of England and Wales courts shall have full jurisdiction over disputes arising hereunder.
13. The gallery will use the details of the artworks from this typeform. All details and pricing is final and will not be changed.
